Deep Cleaning
HCS (Hygiene Consulting Solutions) are Restroom Deep Cleaning Specialists. With our unique Deep Cleaning process , for the first time, your restrooms will look and smell clean, down to every last nook and cranny.
Click here to view a video of the Kaivac Cleaning System that HCS uses.
Our cleaning system is like no other- we clean & sanitize every inch of your restroom, removing odor-causing dirt and bacteria from fixtures, floors, walls, partitions, counters and toilets- even hard to clean areas such as grout, vents, and weep holes are scrubbed clean. Part of our PowerClean process involves coating surfaces with our proprietary enzymes that inhibit bacterial growth between deep cleanings so your restrooms look great and smell fresh longer.
HCS provides two basic forms of service. The first being our Deep Clean and the second being our Weekly Hygiene Maintenance program. A description of each is as follows:
Deep Cleaning: HCS’s Deep Cleaning process includes:
- Deep Clean/Sanitize Sinks and Fixtures

The services can be offered on their own or as a program. For example:
- Monthly Deep Clean (performed every 4 weeks)

Pricing of each service would be on an as seen basis. There are many factors that we need to consider. These may be total number of fixtures, size of tile, amount of traffic (use) and location.
