HCS provides two basic programs of service. The first being our Weekly Hygiene Maintenance program and the second being our Specialty Deep Clean. A description of each is as follows:
HCS's Weekly Hygiene Maintenance program includes:
- Clean/Sanitize Sinks and Fixtures
- Clean/Sanitize Toilets and Urinals
- Clean Mirrors
- Clean/Sanitize Countertops
- Clean/Sanitize Baby Changing Stations
- Clean Drain/Apply Live Enzymes
- Check/Install Fresh Urinal Screens and Air Fresheners (Addidtional $)
HCS's Deep Cleaning program includes:
- Deep Clean/Sanitize Sinks and Fixtures
- Deep Clean/Sanitize Toilets and Urinals
- Deep Clean Floors and Walls (including grout lines)
- Clean Mirrors and Bright Work
- Clean/Dust Vents and Partitions
- Clean/Sanitize Light Switches & Door Handles
- Clean/Sanitize Baby Changing Stations
- Clean/Polish Kick plates and Handrails
- Clean Drain/Apply Live Enzymes
- Check/Install Fresh Urinal Screens and Air Fresheners (Additional $)
The services can be offered on their own or as a program.
For example:
- Weekly Hygiene Maintenance visit
- Weekly service with a Monthly Deep Clean
Pricing of each service would be on an as seen basis. There are many factors that we need to consider. These may be total number of fixtures, size of tile, amount of traffic(use) and location.
